Terror defendants seek to find if they were spied on

Convicted terror defendants Ali al-Timimi
and Ahmed Omar Abu Ali
believe that they were targets of President Bush's warrantless eavesdropping program.

In the case of Abu Ali trial Judge Gerald Bruce Lee postponed sentencing and ordered the government to disclose wether it used any information from warrantless surveillance in it's prosecution.
Lawyers for al-Timimi have filed an appeal with the 4th Circuit in Richmond, VA.
